Edge Harness
I authored and delivered reusable AI agents for engineering operations, on-call triage and Slack support responses. The skills combined infrastructure diagnostics, release and capacity visibility, service interfaces and accumulated operational knowledge.
The same skills worked interactively in Claude Code and in production through SDK-based server automation. This extended the work beyond interactive diagnostic sessions.
OnCall Force
I built and delivered a separate terminal console bringing operational metrics and alerts together with AI-agent triage, correlation and automatic alert resolution.
